I'm going to buzz one of the others, make sure that the patrols are handled. There's something that I want to talk about with you. You're not wrong. Until the end of the current crisis, we probably won't change anything, but moving forward? If there is a forward to move into, which I believe that there will be?

I think you and I both know that we as an organization need to investigate our purpose, and your current concerns with Ironwood increase that need.

[There was a lot that would need to change, but it would all depend on what happened after the current crisis. Winter did know that she wanted to be something that was more proactive and provided a defense for the citizens, not an offensive strike squad but one that kept the danger at bay.]

Restructuring will help some. But we need to make sure that it free from that man's influence. Or at least safeguards so that if he starts to push things that don't align with the protection of others he can be removed.
