Special: enchanted antler wind chime - which prevents malicious spirits from entering her home (like the occasionally malicious poltergeists of her neighborhood, or worse). Can summon a deer too, if she rings it.
(Currently placed in her room to ward only her room, due to the presence of Ghost Pokemon in the house.)

Special: Her Home has been Enchanted. It is considerably larger inside than it is outside. On the outside, it appears a bare-minimum townhouse, cramped even. Within, it is easily twice as large, with ample space on the floors and the maximum amount of bathroom space in addition to her sauna.
--Her bed has also been augmentd by spiritual and technological means thanks to Sodder to be advanced well beyond a normal bed, just because the girl hasn't had a good night's sleep in close to a year and with the crap she deals with in Deerington...
