Hey, heh-hah-ha! [He grins to The Doctor, then looks to Vira, his eyes dancing, and that smile even more incandescent than usual.] Okay, the Wedding March was the big give away. But to put it in so many words: Yah might wanna dig out your good dress and gear up for a little celebration. I popped the question to our mutual friend and housemate.

[She winked over at Jack. However, seeing the two of them like this and hearing what Jack had said, her grin was ear to ear and the white of her teeth flashed in the process.]

Wonderful, did you now? A perfect use of this glorious month. I have a lovely Ao Dai perfect for the occasion. When is the blessed date?

[Ten grins back and gives a quick suggestive eye wink. The Doctor motions his head side-to-side, pulling his mouth in a frown.]

Whoops, well, they're still usin' it for wedding processions in the 51st century, even though there's strong chances there's more than two folks makin' and takin' the vows. Easy mistake to make. [He shrugs, apologetically, but drops a wink to Vira.]

It's gonna take a little while to plan all this, so... I'd say the 30th, but that's probably to close to October for comfort. What think you, Doctor?

Hmmm, now there's a question. I definitely recommend earlier than the 30th. Too close, there's sometimes glimmers of the coming month. Give yourself at least a few days, for safety's sake.

But that's my two cents. I'll definitely have to get you two something pretty and special!

The present of yer presence is a good enough gift for us, Vira. We're puttin' a name to something we've shared for a long time. The party's more for our friends to join in and celebrate.

How 'bout the 25th? It's a few days before the 30th, but gives us time to get ready.

I do believe your partner gets first choice, but that day does have a nice ring to it. That should be soon enough without being too soon and separate from next month. At worst, creatures might be nervous is all.

I'm still going to try and do something. I have to have my extra moments. But if I can't pull it off, my presence shall have to suffice.

[A grin to the Doctor.] If yah gotta better date in mind, I'm open to all ideas. We haven't nailed down a date anyway, so it's all up for debate from the get-go.

[Then to Vira, he adds.] Any moment with you is an extra moment, but now I'm having that kind of moment out of the joke on how to keep a turkey in suspense. [He'll get an especially mischievous twinkle in his eye on the last bit.]
