[A tinny man's voice gives what is clearly a default answer machine message. Vira-Lorr is still figuring the phone out it seems.] "Hello, we are not available now. Please leave your name and phone number after the beep. We will return your call." *Beep*
[Around the evening of December 22nd, a delivery dog will make its way to her door, carrying a ribbon tied around a deep cookie tin. Attached will be a brief but heartfelt, handwritten note:]
"Dear Vira-Lorr,
Circumstances haven't really been on our side here, but I don't want the fact that my memory's been hacked to get in the way of us being friends. I'm glad we're able to start over.
<3,
Hunk"
[When she opens the tin, she'll find it lined with parchment paper and filled with stained glass cookies.]
We absolutely will have to make up for lost time with what we have, and don't you worry about it. Sadly, it's an experience many of us have had here, but it's a little bit of a joy to meet a fresh face anew most of the time.
The cookies are delicious by the way.

[In truth? There were times when it wasn't so hot for someone to come back, and she had imaginings of ways it could be horrendous, but here? She was inclined to see the good in this. It was fun to meet again in a way.]
Holiday Delivery! (Around the 22nd)
