A recorder with a note saying "In Cynthia's memory play a note and remember to smile." It's collected at FEAR Headquarters with the others, and seems to have been treated with more loving care than the other ones.
When the note is played, the person will feel compelled to smile, just before slipping into a deep sleep. In it, they will dream of the moon presence, also known as Cynthia Sodder. Visions of her birth, of where her grave lies, and of Vira-Lorr and Orpheus from Greek Myth helping to bring her peace are there. It is, oddly, probably one of the more pleasant experiences that is seen in the Memento Mori in FEAR Headquarters.
